SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
The lapsnapper.com online store is maintained by LapSnapper. These terms and conditions apply, when the customer orders products from the online store. Terms also apply, when the products are ordered by phone, fax, letter or other distance communication.
PRICES
Prices of the online store are valid until further notice. Prices include 24% VAT for EU customers unless otherwise stated. VAT is not included for non-EU customers.
DELIVERY AGREEMENT
The delivery agreement is confirmed, when the order is leaved to online store or order is confirmed by email. According the delivery agreement LapSnapper is responsible for delivering the products to customer according the Terms and Conditions. According the delivery agreement the customer is responsible for the payment of the products, follow the Terms and Conditions and follow the user instructions of the products.
PAYMENT METHODS
LapSnapper accept prepayment of the orders as either the PayPal or Debit/Credit Card payments as well as the Direct Bank Transfer payment (Invoice). PayPal and Credit Card payments make the delivery faster, due the confirmation about the payment is received immediately.
Paytrail Plc is an authorized Payment Institution and acts as a payment service provider of the Debit/Credit Card payments. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time will be agreed after the payment has been received. Depending on the production load, it is normally 3-5 business days after the order has been paid.
SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS
Products are shipped by using FedEx Internation Priority or Economy services. The terms of delivery is DAP (Delivered at place).
Estimated shipping time is 2-4 business days to the Europe and 3-6 business days to the rest of the world.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination country and weight of the delivery. Shipping cost are available in the shipping cost calculator of the shopping cart.
NON-EU COUNTRY CUSTOMERS: IMPORT TAXES, CUSTOM DUTIES AND HANDLING FEES
The terms of delivery is DAP (Delivered at place). The selling price includes price of products and the delivery costs according the terms of delivery to the delivery address, but the customer is responsible for import taxes, customs duties and handling fees in their home country. Customer is responsible for clarify these costs before leaving the order.
All extra costs will be charged from the customer, if customer has not been take care about the import and customs fees and the products will be returned back to us from the customs of destination country.
CANCELING THE ORDER
LapSnapper accept canceling the order before the products have been shipped. LapSnapper will refund the payment to customer, when the order is canceled.

LIMITED WARRANTY
LapSnapper product is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. Within this period, LapSnapper will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labour, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.
This warranty does not apply to:
(i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents;
(ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in material or workmanship;
(iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
(iv) damage caused by servicing performed by anyone who is not an authorised service provider of LapSnapper; or
(v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of LapSnapper.
In addition, LapSnapper reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COURT
This agreement is governed by Finnish law. Possible disagreements will be solved in Oulu District Court in Finland.
