LapSnapper Lap Timing Software version 5.23.1/3rd of April, 2023 rollaout has been started to all LapSnapper customers via automated software updates.
Automated software updates works normally for customer who are using LapSnapper Lap Timing Software version 5.22.1/7th of Jan, 2022 or newer. No special actions are required during the software update.
Customers, who are using LapSnapper Lap Timing Software version 5.21.1/12th of Nov, 2021 or older need to make software update by using following procedure:
Step 1: Please donwload the latest LapSnapper Lap Timing Software from the LapSnapper Internet pages: https://www.lapsnapper.com/download/
Step 2: Please make sure you have your LapSnapper Prodcuct Key available (Product key includes 4 pcs eight digits number)
Step 3: Remove existing LapSnapper Software version 5.21.11/12th of Nov, 2021 or older from the Android tablet via Settings / Apps functionality of the Android tablet
Step 4: Install new downloaded LapSnapper Software to the Android tablet by clicking downloaded LapSnapper Lap Timing Software in the Android tablet file browser
Step 5: Follow instructions and finish the software installation
Step 6: Please test the system works properly
Step 7. Installation is ready
Note: Old results are not anymore available via LapSnapper software, when the LapSnapper Lap Timing Software version 5.21.1/12th of Nov, 2021 or older is updated to the latest software. Old PDF reports are available via file browser of the Android tablet.
